Please Note: The hardware, software, routing equipment, and network connectivity are monitored and maintained by ServerPros, you are mainly only responsible for the Web content. You can even outsource all of your cgi programming to us!

2. Backups

• All of our servers implement RAID and tape backups
• With RAID Level 1 backups, one drive mirrors the other. In the event that one of your drives fails, the other will immediately continue to serve data.
• All servers come with a tape backup capability. We will configure the tape backup software to schedule backups according to your individual needs.
• Servers can be configured to do daily backups of specific files/folders with the backups remaining on the server's hard drive. An additional fee may apply.

3. Server Monitoring

We install server monitoring software on all servers that monitor the server 24/7. For an additional charge, we can also configure software to monitor other ports like MySQL, sendmail, FTP, etc.... We can also install content monitoring software.

4. Firewalls

All of our servers utilize a firewall to help protect your dedicated server from unauthorized users gaining access.

5. Additional Services

• All servers come with a single IP. Additional IP's are $5/month.
