The billing account(s) may require a debit/credit card on file and payment in full before services will be restored. For email/POP boxes, a password may need to be supplied for restoration. It takes approximately 24 hours for restoration of service, regardless of the reason(s) for suspension. We will not restore services without the account showing it is fully paid.
