CapitalSites may restore files for a customer's website free of charge within 24 hours or prior to midnight eastern standard time during the same day files were lost or over-written. Files restored will be from the previous day and CapitalSites can not guarantee file restorations other than the file that was backed up from that previous day.
CapitalSites may restore files for a customer's website for a fee within 7 days. Files restored will be from tape backup. CapitalSites can not guarantee file restorations other than the file that was backed up from the previous week.
